MILLAY | Rx for Melancholy [1]

Eugen Boissevain and his second wife (1923-
1949), Edna St. Vincent Millay, aboard
 a trans-Atlantic ship.
A lovely memory of her father by Katherine Vaz calls on several quotations from Edna St. Vincent Millay to feed her melancholy mood.

The memory is a couple of years old but was just posted on Jennifer Pastiloff's Manifest-Station blog.

Roses are red, storm clouds are grey.
When you are mournful, turn to Millay.

See also Edna St. Vincent Millay's birthday.
